HMS Tyne will be the Regatta Guardship this year.
Tyne is the first of the River Class Offshore Patrol Vessels (OPVs) built for Fishery Protection around the UK. |
| Rowing Events One of the Regatta's most popular events is the Rowing. The Friday local rowing programme comprises events in Whalers, and "Blue" Boats, these boats are owned by the Port of Dartmouth Royal Regatta, and were given to the Regatta by Organisations and Local People. The WEARA events at regatta are extremely popular with local rowing clubs. We have Eights, Fours, and Pairs fighting it out over the testing course. Dartmouth Rowing Club | ![]() |
